Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound calling to generate new sales opportunities and pipeline
• 300 to 400 phone calls a day
• Identify the needs of the prospect and generate interest.
• Schedule and execute demo’s of our software via Zoom
• Follow-up on sales inquiries to close leads
• Work in softwares used to input and update vital prospect information.
• Research target accounts for outbound call campaigns
• Ability to read off of a script if necessary/create them
• Participate in weekly Sales Meetings and work with the Sales Team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

What you need to succeed:

• 1-2 years experience
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00 pm
• Ability to work remotely for parts of the year.
• Ability to reliable commute to our Main office in downtown Winnipeg full time during training, and part time when training is complete

• Commission: The more customers you sign up, the more you make. Commissions upwards of $2,000-$3,000/month are possible on top of your base salary.
